We have a reimbursement form (pdf or word) for Scouts and adults that have incurred expenses on behalf of the Troop. The most common expense is when a Grubmaster needs reimbursment for food purchased for a campout.

There is a Tax Exempt form that allows retailers to not charge sales tax for Troop purchases.
